Senior Processor

Supreme Lending is currently adding to our awesome Loan Processing team. This position is full time M-F but with some flexibility, must be comfortable working downtown Denver. Our turnover in operations is very minimal, it is important to us to create a fun, lucrative place to work! One of our processors has been with us 13 years and the other 7 years, adding to the growing team.

Supreme is seeking applicants with experience working in processing operations at least 3 years. Our office is very fast-paced, and we are seeking someone who is very organized, works well on teams, detail orientated, a fast learner, is a go-getter and good at meeting deadlines. Applicants must have exceptional computer skills, excellent work ethic, ability to work independently, and able to work in a team environment. The ideal candidate must be proactive, take initiative, and be willing to learn and help others.

Requirements

Encompass Experience

Experience analyzing credit reports, calculating income, and reviewing asset’s

Processing Conventional and Government loans

Attention to detail. Managing the pipeline and ensuring loans are moving along (our avg turn times is under 19 days.)

Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task without being micromanaged to meet multiple deadlines

Work well in a team environment

Great time management and organizational skills

Minimum 3 years of loan processing experience

Income potential 90k+ first year

Very little consumer interaction
