Our internal Business Partners (BP’s) continue to grow as they execute on new strategies and initiatives, and the Procurement team is scaling to meet the growing needs of the business! You will be joining a high-performing team that supports the global Procurement function. Our mission is to build efficiencies and insights which help empower the business to make informed, necessary, and competitive purchases.
THE TEAM
The entire Finance team partners directly with our BP’s to help them achieve Eventbrite’s mission of “bringing the world together through live experiences”. We proactively identify risks and opportunities to achieve operating plans and make recommendations around the optimal allocation of resources. We are a fast-moving team who gives structure to complicated issues, immerse ourselves in data collection, and deliver impactful insights and recommendations. The successful candidate for this position will be highly motivated, prepared to adapt to a fast paced environment, has experience in the software industry and a strong understanding of procurement concepts.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst who is confident, motivated, and willing to challenge traditional thinking and pursue new methods. As a business-minded, creative solution finder and analytical powerhouse, your experience will assist our Team in operationalizing Procurement initiatives, as we continue to centrally influence and scale our global purchasing activities. You will help scope, design, implement and provide ongoing support of repeatable, sustainable and scalable processes to drive global Procurement strategies.
The ideal candidate must be an Excel expert with advanced knowledge in creating formulas, functions, charts and dashboards. This role’s focus is 60% on data collection, analytics, reporting, business enablement and process improvement and 40% on partnering with our BP’s and external suppliers in a traditional procurement function to negotiate contracts, manage relationships and deliver favorable results throughout the procurement lifecycle.
