As part of the Player Experience team, you will run projects to improve processes and tools used by players, support agents and Epic internal team. You will have a critical role in maturing the products to solve the problems of millions of players and helping thousands of agents to work more efficiently and productively. You will be responsible for driving project execution, ensuring quality and timing, removing potential blockers and ensuring all stakeholders have all the knowledge and information to contribute and deliver high quality and fast paced projects.
Own the outcome - Plan and drive multiple projects inside the Player Experience Team with support specialists, product owners, development teams and management. Help make informed decisions by partnering with leads on work methods, priorities and resources allocation. Have a players first mindset by helping to also drive the ongoing work streams that are supporting our live products.
Transparency - Provide transparency on ongoing features, schedules, and risks to stakeholders in order to ensure Epic has clear insight into the activities.
Cross-team collaboration - Act as the primary point of contact to interface across multiple partner teams to ensure proper staffing and delivery of dependencies
Support the team with all your production tools. As a producer you should bring superb communication skills. Be able to quickly develop deep knowledge about tools, teams, and technologies. Provide leadership and guidance through solid planning and execution of work. Understand how to manage people to help them do their best work, and embrace and embody Epic Values
6+ Years of experience working in a production role where you've managed cross-functional teams in the creation, delivery, and ongoing support of complex online services.
Strong stakeholder management skills with a focus on product and players first mentality
Deep understanding of software development process, and project management practices
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Exceptional communications skills both oral and written. Must possess the ability to build relationships and manage negative experiences to a positive outcome
Strong preference to applicants with programming or other technical experience
