While developing high level vision is an important part of our role, we also like to get our hands dirty. On a given day you may deliver a pitch to a senior executive, extract new meaning from analytics data, address a customer issue, or work through a challenging design question with your team. We thrive on finding simple solutions to the toughest problems and take pride in getting important things done for the customer and our business.
In this role you would focus on building conversational virtual assistant that is powered through large language model-based AI. This will empower our customers to maximize outcomes from engaging with Autodesk and make their experience contextual, relevant, and delightful. The ideal candidate will work closely with end customers, Partners, Engineering, User Experience & Design, Data Science, and other cross functional teams to build, scale, and deliver these experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our conversational virtual assistant (Autodesk Assistant) that helps our customers seek relevant, contextual, and delightful experiences
  • Define product requirements based on market, technology trends and customer needs
  • Communicate progress through continuous product roadmap updates to internal stakeholders and customers
  • Manage the integration of new services and technology into the platform with the aim of becoming a world class data platform that will drive innovation and broad adoption of key capabilities
  • Maintain customer/stakeholder relationships in a deeply cross functional and matrixed set up
  • Influence and actively participate in marketing and go-to-market plans of key capabilities and features

Minimum Qualifications
  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or eCommerce industries
  • Experience in developing conversational virtual assistants using large language models
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in agile development methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills - with a strong data orientation
  • Experience communicating and representing work to senior leadership and framing discussions to gain valuable feedback

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $130,800 and $211,640. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
