About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Product Manager to join our team and help shape and execute our vision of making Zoom an amazing platform for phone calls. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every phone call made or received on Zoom is trusted, providing an exceptional user experience while minimizing interruptions. As a Senior Product Manager, you will demonstrate a deep sense of ownership, result-oriented mindset, and data-driven decision-making skills. Your role will involve creating services to identify and mitigate spam calls, building trust profiles for customers, and enabling branded calling experiences.
Responsibilities:
Develop services that intelligently identify inbound spam calls, delivering intelligent user experiences that minimize interruptions while maintaining genuine call integrity.
Build trust profiles for Zoom customers through robust 'Know Your Customer' flows, ensuring compliance with international telecommunications requirements.
Create 'branded calling' experiences that allow customers to project their brands effectively.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the technology industry.
Strong background in Telecommunications and/or Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS).
Ability to make data-driven decisions, leveraging strong data discipline and analytical skills.
Proficiency in crystallizing vague concepts into concise plans.
Experience launching or managing products in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) space.
Proven ability to focus on impactful tasks and execute with rigor.
Skilled in collaborating with technology vendors and partners to accelerate the integration of advanced technologies into the platform.
Understanding of the importance of speed while prioritizing tasks effectively to deliver meaningful impact quickly.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$90,500.00Maximum:
$209,200.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
