For this position, we are looking to hire someone based in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Washington.
Weâre looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Spend Management team, who will be focusing on integrations that provide our customers with powerful insights into how to optimize their SaaS spend. This person should have experience managing the end-to-end product development process, quickly iterating through technical challenges and delivering user-facing features in B2B environments.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for product discovery, feature definition, information architecture, project management, user experience and analytics related to integrations with third-party platforms and Tropic. This will start with functionality in Tropicâs Spend Management products â where we track usage of SaaS applications and spend.
You will report to the VP of Product and Design and constantly partner with customers, leadership, other product managers, cross-functional stakeholders, designers, and engineers on our remote-first team distributed across North America (our biggest footprints are in New York, Denver, and Atlanta), Europe, and beyond.
Our product, engineering, and design teams donât subscribe to a single methodology, instead, we combine the best development and project management strategies to support the industry-defining features weâre building.
We love systems, do our best to automate or document repeatable processes, proactively collect and organize product feedback and we hope you have creative ideas to make our team and company stronger as we scale.
Specific to pay transparency laws, the minimum annual salary for this position is $150,000 and may also include commission, incentive pay, incentive stock options, and benefits. The final job level and compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, years of relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, geographic location, and other business considerations.
