Hack The Box is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take the lead for the Enterprise Solutions Portfolio of products. How will you add value as a Product Marketer at HTB? From go-to-market strategy for new products and features, to creating the content that enables our sales team, you’ll touch on all areas of the business and help move HTB’s enterprise business forward. We give our Product Marketers the opportunity to collaborate, investigate and ideate how we can push our product strategy to further dominate the market of cyber skills development.

We are a fast-moving, analytically driven marketing team. We run huge campaigns, drive market & competitive intelligence, support events, enable the sales team, research and pioneer new ideas that move our industry forward, and much more. Product Marketers at HTB are the bridge between the Product, Marketing, and Commercial orgs and lead go-to-market efforts by collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.

About Hack The Box

Hack The Box (HTB) is an online platform that allows its users to test, train and enhance their penetration testing skills as well as to exchange ideas and methodologies with other members of similar interests. HTB’s community consists of over 1M cybersecurity enthusiasts who use our platform to build their skills in a fun and gamified way. Apart from the community, our b2b solution is used by over 700 corporations, consulting firms, non-profit organizations, and education institutes to train their personnel on cybersecurity.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage successful product launches by formulating and leading the go-to-market strategy of new and existing product segments and features including: positioning, pricing, packaging, messaging, demos, etc.
  • Conduct thorough competitive and market analysis per product segment, resulting in product roadmap guidance and sales-consumable intel e.g. battlecards and datasheets.
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing to identify and drive strategic events and partners to expand HTB’s presence and augment our lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales Enablement to teach, co-create, and optimize internal learning curriculum that enables the sales team.
  • Conduct and maintain win-loss interviews and surveys to identify opportunities to further provide targeted messaging in different market segments.
  • Collaborate with the wider product and marketing teams to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our large product releases that package our product enhancements and features into a cohesive story.
  • Develop compelling messaging that resonates with HTB's target audience, including their pain points, buying triggers and purchase process.
  • Develop high quality marketing collateral such as solution briefs, white papers, ebooks, video demos, email copy, and more with strong writing skills.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in a Product Marketing Management position, preferably for a learning or enablement B2B Software
  • Previous experience bringing technical features/functions from concept to revenue generation, preferably in a B2B and/or SaaS context
  • Strong writing and presentation skills with the ability to command an audience
  • Comfort using and a working knowledge of CRMs (e.g. Hubspot), sales enablement platforms (e.g. Highspot) and other commercial intelligence tools (e.g. Gong) to inform decision making and strategy in the role.

Bonus points

  • You have an academic background in technology and/or cybersecurity
  • You have a technical background or understand various aspects of penetration testing and cybersecurity in general
  • You’re passionate about exploring new technologies
  • You have prior experience in technical training, using HTB or a similar product
  • You’ve had professional experience in development, product management, sales engineering or another technical role
