Your role in this mission

We’re looking for the big hitters of the CybSafe new Sales Development team. We are building a new Sales Development function and you will have freedom to help define your own role. Working alongside the revenue team, you will be identifying and creating new qualified leads as generating new opportunities is the key to maintaining hyper-growth.

Requirements

  • Creative outbound prospecting within your target market.
  • Leverage sales tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, Outreach & Lusha to network with potential customers.
  • Achieving and exceeding your weekly and monthly goals (12 discovery calls per month, qualified sales opportunities, new contacts, etc.).
  • Identify & research your target audience to understand the challenges they face and stay informed of industry trends, and personal development opportunities.
  • Establish and develop positive relationships over the phone, email, social media and events.
  • Partner with the Sales team to qualify potential opportunities and push them through the sales process.
  • Help develop the outreach strategy for your target market to enable CybSafe to achieve our revenue targets.
  • Participate in daily team huddles to communicate updates, celebrate wins and share goals.
  • Lead by example to more Junior SDRs
  • Becoming an integral part of the sales team to not only meet targets but to strive to exceed them
  • Minimum of 6-12 months B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Experience with video prospecting is a welcome bonus
  • Cyber security experience a bonus but not mandatory
