About the Role:
Matterport is looking to hire a Senior Sales Enablement Manager who will build and lead training and enablement programs for its Global Revenue Organization. This position is remote in the U.S. while our headquarters are in Silicon Valley, CA. #LI-Remote

Enhance existing Sales new hire onboarding program working with subject matter experts to build training and certification programs for Matterport GTM teams, owning the content, processes, practices, and tools

Partner with Product and Marketing to develop internal ongoing training sessions, and customer-facing materials for all solutions

Partner with sales leaders regularly to understand enablement needs and opportunities

Assist in the creation and deployment of sales methodologies across all sales channels

Develop master plan and calendar for Sales Enablement activities throughout the year

Manage sales enablement content repository and ensure all information is easily and readily accessible on demand

Determine content adoption, sales assessments, and performance metrics to develop high-performing teams
-
8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, product marketing, or a combination of related fields, with a SaaS background

Experience building enablement programs in a fast-scaling organization

Ability to have a sense of confidence and urgency to support the

Sales organization

Demonstrated ability to work across sales, marketing, product, and other key departments to increase sales productivity

Experience identifying gaps in sales effectiveness, creating comprehensive recommendations and implementing strategies to optimize the performance of the sales organization.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics

Strong communication, writing, editing, and presentation skills

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences, from senior executives to individual contributors.

Experience in Sales and/or Enablement tools and Methodologies - for example, SFDC, MEDDPIC, and Highspot (LMS/CMS)

May be required to travel up to 5% of the time
