Responsibilities:

The Senior Social Media Manager will work across our highest-profile luxury travel, lifestyle, and wellness accounts, and be responsible for integral support of client and internal teams. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support strategy and day-to-day execution for client programming across social media channels
  • Conduct research and develop social content on behalf of clients and agencies, inclusive of:
    • Bi-Weekly / Monthly social media calendars
    • Multi-frame Instagram/Facebook Stories
    • Short-form vertical videos for publication across Instagram Reels and TikTok
    • Pinterest Pins
  • Handle day-to-day social media management tools, including:
    • Content scheduling and regular monitoring to ensure it is properly displayed.
    • Advising supervisors on major developments, i.e., posts performing above average, engagement with influencers, check-ins for surprise & delight activations, etc.
    • Drafting client correspondence
  • Attend client calls and in-person meetings and provide ongoing administrative support including developing agendas, recaps and notes, and any resulting research.
  • Support strategic influencer campaigns on behalf of digital team and wider agency clients
    • Work with the digital team to foster long-term blogger and influencer relationships for both the agency and clients.
  • Support the digital team in developing content for and maintaining the agency social media channels, as well as experimenting with new channels and advertising strategies.
    • Provide social media coverage support at firm events.
    • Handle basic in-house graphics work for the agency, such as social graphics, invite designs, blog curation & photo editing.

Support the digital team’s efforts in being thought leaders and educators for the agency – guiding the staff to ‘think digital’ and stay on top of the ever-changing industry trends.


Requirements:

We are seeking a savvy Senior Social Media Manager with 3+ years of agency and/or brand experience to support the agency’s social media and influencer marketing division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media content creation, community engagement, and design - and prior experience/a desire to learn the ins and outs of influencer marketing. The social media manager is a natural team worker, an excellent communicator – with both internal teams and clients – with an innate passion for social media and emerging technologies and trends. We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and flexible mindset who is eager to collaborate at all levels, from detailed execution to supporting with strategy building.
