Senior Software Engineer, Backend

Some of what you'll do:
- Build and iterate on our internal Order Management System, which connects e-commerce, fulfillment, manufacturing, and CX systems to create a seamless customer experience.
- Develop integrations with Shopify, our lens labs, 3PL partners, and warehouse management systems.
- Engage in technical conversations across the team - architecture meetings, code review, etc.
- Break down large engineering and business initiatives into smaller iterative tasks.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to implement technical solutions to drive business value for all departments.
This Role May Be A Good Fit For You If:
- You have 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- You have experience working with some of our tech stack: React, Webpack, Shopify Plus, Ruby on Rails, AWS.
- You have experience with CI/CD, unit testing, and E2E testing using frameworks like Cypress.
- You can clearly communicate internally within the Engineering team (e.g.: PRs, documentation) and externally with stakeholders (e.g.: support channels, status meetings).
