• Design and execute testing using selected technologies with little to no oversight.
• Adhere to established testing policies and procedures.
• Effectively communicate testing issues on a regular basis.
• Review and provide guidance into Features, User Stories, Bugs, Test Cases and Test Plans.
• Report, classify, and perform root cause and injection analysis on defects.
• Prepare test estimation, planning, design, and execution in accordance with approved test strategy.
• Evaluate testing results and prepare test summary reporting.
• Assist in defining and achieving team goals.

• Good experience working independently within Agile team environments.
• Good experience analyzing test results and providing risk-based analysis and recommendations.
• Clearly and accurately communicates with technical and non-technical personnel both written and verbally.
• Good experience creating and executing deterministic test cases including specific testing inputs, execution conditions, and expected results.
• Good experience in identifying, isolating and tracking software bugs.
• Good experience identifying potential problems users may encounter with software.
• Good experience in recording test progress and results along with performing data Analytics and problem solving.
• Good understanding of Software QA methodologies, tools and techniques used for software product development.
• Good understanding of the assigned product capabilities.
• Good understanding of software architecture and languages used to develop software products.
• Good experience in breaking down work items to achieve business objectives and challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in software quality testing or equivalent field required.
• Minimum of 5 years oil and gas accounting experience using BOLO accounting software desired, but not required.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Working experience as a Quality SME on an agile team.
