Responsibilities & Qualifications:
We are looking for a Senior Contracts Admin to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for and oversee all stages of the contract lifecycle. You will utilize Docusign and document management systems and will be responsible for administering templates, reviewing and editing complex sales contract packages, contract order forms and statements of work, providing first-round responses to customer redlines, negotiating and drafting contract language, maintaining the team work queue, obtaining electronic signatures, contract distribution and enforcing the company’s contract process. This role entails interpreting contract language, validating legacy contracts, working with renewals, sales and sales ops teams, organizing playbook language, and possible communication with customer or procurement non-legal personnel. In the Senior Contracts Administrator role, you may provide guidance and training to other team members on the legal team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee actions with internal legal teams and outside procurement
  • Report status of current contract processes to management and stakeholders
  • Ensure contracting documents are being completed in a timely manner
  • Provide first-round responses to customer redlines
  • Assist Corporate Counsel negotiate terms, conditions and pricing, and ensure they are accurately executed on large and complex contracts with minimal assistance from Corporate Counsel.
  • Obtain electronic signatures, manage internal contract distributions, and ensure legal documents are properly filed
  • Seeks efficiency through thorough review of processes and leads team/departmental changes
Technical Ability:
  • Knowledge of and ability to utilize Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, Docusign products
  • Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work with a team at all levels of a global organization
  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong understanding of software licensing and common contract negotiation issues
  • Ability to cross train other team members and provide guidance and oversight to their work
  • Independent decision-making aptitude in finance and risk allocation terms
  • Ability to modify existing templates, implement new DocuSign templates, and take full ownership of contract workflow
  • Adapts easily to competing and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Works efficiently, independently and with minimal supervision and takes ownership and a proactive approach to tasks that need to be completed
Qualifications:
  • 5 - 8 years’ experience in Contracts Administrator or procurement manager role
  • Negotiating or administering on-premise and SaaS license agreements on the sell side of the business at a software and services organization is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
