Your Opportunity

Global expansion has seen our business developing rapidly, with major customers and partners growing significantly and at a pace. As the pioneers of Robotic Process Automation, we are now positioned as the thought leader in the sector. We are building out our teams globally and looking for evangelistic personalities to be part of our business as we scale!

We are continuing to build our Solution Engineering capability globally and seek ambitious, entrepreneurial personalities to engage with major strategic customers and partners.


The purpose of the role is to focus on the following:

Named strategic major accounts that represent the “must-win” accounts for us,

Creating go-to-market collateral and demo artifacts for strategic TAP initiatives

Knowledge transfer and skilling up Solution Engineering resources to become proficient in major accounts, and Technical Alliance Program (TAP) initiatives (For example, sales messaging, demos, competitive insight, and architecture/integration.)


Your Responsibilities:
  • Gain an understanding of the client's requirements and respond to customer and partner inquiries.
  • Assist the sales team with their major account sales plans as it relates to Solution Engineering.
  • Prepare project timelines for creating and delivering demo artifacts; manage projects to agreed-upon scope and timelines.
  • Demonstrate our proposition and key differentiation.
  • Work with the other teams to ensure client requirements can be met from a functional and delivery viewpoint.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure key influencers are on board and best practice RPA is being positioned early in the sale process.
  • Engage and enable partner Solution Engineer resources.
  • Assist with product demonstrations, RFXs, PoTs, PoCs, Pilots, competitive analysis, and marketing events.

Requirements

  • Technical background with a Solution Engineering track record within an application software company or business solutions organization.
  • Experience in an enterprise software sales environment with proven Solution Engineering success is ideal.
  • Demonstrate ability and success in developing relationships at the C-suite level.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the proposition at all levels from both a business and technical perspective.
  • Demonstrable energy and passion, with the ability to paint a vision, put a story around our proposition and articulate where it fits into the customer scenario.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships both internally with the team and externally with clients and partners.
  • Serve as Trusted Advisor and provide technical knowledge of enterprise applications solid understanding of various technologies and virtualization.
  • Bring a high-level knowledge of infrastructure (failover, business continuity, and DR) and data security.
  • Additional desired skills include: AI, BI, BPM, ETL, RDBMS, SDLC, and software installation.
  • Proven sales achievement and sales recognition.
  • Top performer with high energy and commitment.
  • “Share the wealth” mindset and wiliness to train and mentor other Solution Engineer resources.
  • Self-motivated, driven and results orientated.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Brazilian Portuguese and English fluency is a MUST.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
