NOTE: This role will be 100% remote (USA, EU, APAC) and requires partnering with our teams in US, EU, APAC.
LeadIQ has grown exponentially in the last few years and our next phase of our growth is being powered by AI/ML, and we are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager- AI/ML to own our latest AI/NLP driven products
The Role
Conceptualise, launch and optimise AI/NLP-driven new products and features, experiment, test their performance and iterate quickly
Believe strongly on the idea of iteration and prototyping as a way to deliver great products and work very closely with the engineers in these early stages
Specify product requirements in a clear manner and work with engineers and data scientists to deliver on specifications
Establish the product vision and strategy for your product area taking into account the direction of AI research and capabilities
Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners, and Leadership team
Own product metrics, analysing data, and reporting
The Person
2+ years in Product Management with experience launching AI/ML products/features
3+ years of hands on experience in Data science/Machine learning
Proven track record of translating customer pains into ML/AI driven product features, delivering delightful customer experiences that drive business results
Excellent problem-solving, organisational and analytical skills coupled with overall good communication
Highly collaborative and comfortable executing in a cross-functional, a matrix environment
Working experience in a high-growth startup/a similar setup will be an advantage
Prior work experience and/or education in Computer Science is a plus
