About the role

The Product Analytics team within Showingtime+ is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead key aspects of delivering our data strategy. This role will play a crucial role in scaling insights that will craft the direction of the business.

You Will Get To:

  • Manage the development and implementation process of data products to enable scaled insights across the organization.

  • Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams including Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science to build robust products that enable improved decision-making and better customer experiences.

  • Dive into the data to understand key considerations for efficient architecture and shape the data strategy to deliver for the business and our customers.

This role has been categorized as a Hybrid position. “Hybrid” employees regularly work at an existing ZG corporate office for approximately 10 to 80 percent of their time each month, and the rest of the time they may work from a remote physical location of their choice within a reasonable commuting distance from the corporate office which must be identified to the Company in advance. The Recruiter and Hiring Manager will set expectations on the employee’s preferred time in office. ZG has not defined a reasonable distance, and expects employees will use judgment in determining this for themselves and understand the implications re: time commitment and cost of daily commute.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $135,500.00 - $216,500.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

  • A technical expert in ideating, planning, and delivering data infrastructure to level-up the analytics practice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, economics, finance or statistics).
  • 6-8 years experience in delivering technical products within B2B SaaS and services businesses.
  • Strong analytical skills (e.g., SQL) including data visualization (e.g., Tableau).
  • Excellent project management and attention to detail; ability to balance multiple requests against tight timelines.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment; able to adapt to changing business need.
