Our Talent team is on the forefront of Bond's growth. We commit ourselves to building diverse teams of talented individuals who are passionate about the company's mission. We're adding a Senior Technical Recruiter who can guide our Product Development teams as they expand.

You will:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles across Product Development teams
• Partner closely with hiring managers and interviewers
• Proactively source, screen, and manage candidates through entire interview process
• Drive the offer process by extracting deciding factors, extending offers, negotiations, and closing candidates
• Balance company growth and short "time to hire" goals with keeping a high talent bar
• Actively engage in hiring and DEI&B strategies
• Reflect and iterate on the Bond hiring process to improve efficiency, quality of assessment, and ability to close candidates

You have:

• 4+ years as a full-cycle Technical Recruiter with experience hiring for Product Development teams at a modern tech company, preferably a start-up
• A passion for building diverse teams
• An obsession with delivering top tier candidate experiences
• Strong sourcing abilities (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.)
• The ability to work with a highly dynamic culture and is comfortable with ambiguity
• Knowledge of technical coding languages, technical stacks, and terminology
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
• Experience in partnering with stakeholders to build and refine hiring processes
• A clear and effective communication style, both written and verbal
