Senior Experience Architects bring together business objectives, user insights, and an understanding of sophisticated technology to create highly usable and effective digital customer experiences.
In this role, you will work on a large healthcare account supporting an existing mobile app and corresponding web portal, playing a critical role in helping to evolve their utility and value for intended audiences. You’ll work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand what drives the product need, reach a shared vision of how to solve problems while serving the users, and ultimately to help the experiences to succeed. And throughout this effort you'll create clear, usable documentation that captures and articulates proposed solutions and will coordinate with design and development to bring it all to life.
