Workato is the only integration and automation platform that is as simple as it is powerful — and because it's built to power the largest enterprises, it is quite powerful.
Simultaneously, it's a low-code/no-code platform. This empowers any user (dev/non-dev) to painlessly automate workflows across any apps and databases.
We're proud to be named a leader by both Forrester and Gartner and trusted by 7,000+ of the world's top brands such as Box, Grab, Slack, and more. But what is most exciting is that this is only the beginning.
Ultimately, Workato believes in fostering a flexible, trust-oriented culture that empowers everyone to take full ownership of their roles. We are driven by innovation and looking for team players who want to actively build our company.
But, we also believe in balancing productivity with self-care. That's why we offer all of our employees a vibrant and dynamic work environment along with a multitude of benefits they can enjoy inside and outside of their work lives.

At Workato, we're pioneering the future of work and democratizing enterprise automation. We're looking for talented and experienced designers to help turn our vision to reality. You'll join a global product team working across the United States, Europe, Singapore and India. You'll own design throughout the product development lifecycle, and work on a range of projects from designing industry disrupting 0-1 features to making improvements to our existing features based on user feedback.
The product design team is a small team of passionate designers and researchers with a big voice in Workato's most strategic, important initiatives. We're looking for an accomplished Senior UX Designer / Senior Product Designer who's passionate about creating the best possible experience for your users. If you love working on complex problems, have experience leading cross-functional teams towards the simplest design solution, and are passionate about solving complex problems and working with great people, you'll fit right in!
As a Senior UX Designer / Senior Product Designer at Workato,
You'll co-own every project with your cross-functional partners in product management and engineering. Together you'll design simple and innovative solutions to complex automation problems, with the autonomy to define the project vision and strategy.
You'll have a seat at the table from day 1 – design perspective is greatly valued by all stakeholders and partners.
You'll be a leader within the product design team. You'll collaborate with other designers to provide feedback on their work and help each other grow.
You'll use research insights from the field and your instincts as a designer to turn humble ideas into world-class products.
You'll work with your peers and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on your designs. Nothing great is ever accomplished alone.
You understand how interfaces are implemented and work closely with your engineering partners to ensure that the final product is in line with your vision.
You'll actively look for opportunities to take Workato to the next level.
You have at least 5 years of experience, and you've helped design and ship complex enterprise solutions.
You have experience solving complex systems design problems—design at Workato involves understanding the complexity around automation and software development, and then making the product easy-to-use for someone that doesn't have experience with either.
You have a strong product perspective, but bring "Yes, and…" energy to every project, helping the team get on the same page and evolve initial ideas into an executable strategy.
You have an appreciation for the entire product development process. You're as excited about working with product managers on requirements and specs, as you are about finessing UI details and ensuring implementation is consistent with designs.
You're comfortable with navigating ambiguity and unfamiliar concepts. We often find ourselves designing features around APIs, developer productivity, and software development concepts.
You can admit when you don't have an answer, but take initiative to learn.
You're comfortable taking risks and thinking outside the box. You bring your wildest ideas, and are excited to evolve them together with your peers.
You can clearly and effectively communicate your design work and the rationale behind your choices.
You're passionate about interaction design, and can create high-fidelity mockups and detailed specs using Figma.
Portfolio requirements: We're looking for a portfolio that clearly outlines the problem you were tackling with your design work. It should touch on specific issues you were addressing, the process you followed to tackle those issues, and the tangible results it led to. Ideally, your portfolio should focus on enterprise software design.
