We are looking for a Leader of Global HR to join our team and help drive our mission of creating a culture of growth-minded, people-first individuals.
As Cloudinary’s Senior Vice President of People, reporting to the CEO, you’ll bring your strategic thought leadership, talent, and culture-building expertise to help support the company through its next stage of development and growth. You will work closely with the executive team, managers, and employees to ensure that we continue to build a culture that fosters employee growth, creativity, and innovation.

Leading a scaling global People organization as a critical driver of the business

Setting a Global HR strategy that drives our company goals and values that empower our people

As the most senior people leader in the organization, you will build the company vision, strategy, roadmap, and philosophy in partnership with senior leadership, and management teams

Building strong connections and communication lines among employees and Cloudinary’s global offices

Shaping, nurturing, and championing Cloudinary’s open and collaborative culture by building a strong global People platform for Cloudinary, both internally and externally

Creating a competitive employment brand for Cloudinary that attracts and retains the best talent

Driving to standardize globally on the most effective methods, policies, and procedures for managing talent (i.e., interviewing and assessing new hires; calibrating, rewarding, and promoting employee performance; handling employee relations)

Build, manage, and develop our powerhouse global People team

Own the bar for hiring, developing, and retaining the right talent at every level

Keep a pulse on the most innovative People practices; introduce, create, or customize ones that uniquely fit Cloudinary.
- You have 5+ years of Global HR Leadership experience, leading the People function of a technology company with over $120M in ARR
