The Director of Marketing Operations will lead the development of scalable processes and programs to empower the demand generation team to drive results in coordination with Global Business Operations. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring both strategic and tactical execution, strong program management, and the ability to lead a team. You have developed processes for high-growth B2B marketing organizations with exceptional problem-solving skills and an ability to work closely with demand generation, sales, global business operations, and technical stakeholders. You are a growth driver, someone who not only supports the needs of the team plus a person thrives on identifying and chasing opportunities to accelerate the business. This role will report to the VP of Business Operations.

Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for marketing automation to create personalized journeys across all contact touchpoints

Architect new and improved ABM, lifecycle email nurture, and other Demand Generation campaigns through the oversight and administration of our Marketo and ABM platform (6Sense and Terminus) and other marketing automation software

Provide dependable and practical advice and consultation to the VP of Demand Generation, VP of Business Operations, and VP of Sales Development Representatives, leveraging marketing performance data

Work with Global Business Operations to specify reporting requirements for email, ad, and overall campaign performance and develop accurate dashboards and monthly reports on performance in line with Finance requirements

Track campaign performance and tweak workflows accordingly

Develop and manage list segmentation and A/B testing to improve the performance and efficiency of email marketing

Ensure impact-level marketing measurement and executive reporting on marketing’s contribution to the business. Actively monitor, analyze and report on the health of marketing contribution to pipeline and ROI

Ensure no lead left behind: Together with Global Business Operations, manage and optimize lead management including lead scoring, routing, and efficient handovers to Sales

Develop landing pages to support various marketing initiatives and campaigns

Direct the US-based MOPs team on a day-to-day basis.

5-10 years of marketing experience including 3+ years managing automated marketing campaigns and platforms
-
High proficiency in administering, managing, and integrating Salesforce, ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), ABM platforms (6Sense, Terminus), Drift, and other marketing technology platforms

Strong experience working on ABM, lifecycle email marketing campaigns, lead generation and nurturing, growth, and Google Analytics.
