Senior Account Executive - Trade Shows (AMER)

The Role

Hopin is seeking a Senior Account Executive who is personable, self-driven, passionate, and ambitious! We’re looking for someone with sales experience and who is super excited to tell others about our virtual and hybrid events platform. You will be working very closely with other fellow Account Executives to help close deals in the trade show and large event verticals. At this time this role is demo-heavy due to the influx of leads coming through. As our teams evolve and grow though, you will then create new opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with potential customers.

You will wear many hats at times but will have a key role in our future growth and immediate responsibility. We move fast around here and ramp up very quickly. We trust each other to achieve high results, regardless of our work style and hours. We put our teams first before ourselves and strive to solve problems before they happen. 

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on the Hopin platform
  • Work with senior decision makers in enterprise-level clients creating new and lasting relationships within different business units
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Conduct product demonstrations to enterprise prospects
  • Bring awareness of the Hopin solution to key stakeholders throughout the company
  • Lead negotiations within commercial agreements
  • Involvement in development of our Sales Process
  • Inform customers on new Product Releases / Launches
  • Collaborate with Hopin Customer Success team to ensure the success of your accounts - work with them to ensure customers are properly onboarded and later on renewals
  • Use our CRM system to provide metrics

About You

  • 4+ years of Enterprise Sales Experience
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills having worked with C-suite
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing large accounts
  • Experience in fast-paced tech companies
  • Tech-savvy, loves technologies and learn new software
  • Super motivated, can-do attitude, problem solver and can work in a fast paced environment
  • Fluent English speaker with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelors degree or +10 years of professional experience
