Senior Growth Developer

As a Senior Developer on the Growth team at Parabol, you’ll lead development of our top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel experiences, including Parabol’s website CMS and in-app growth initiatives, alongside an inspiringly talented and kind team.

You Are:

• 5+ years development experience, whether through open source projects, full-time work or a combination
• Expertise on latest web development trends, strong opinions weakly held about CMS frameworks such as Gatsby.js, Next.js, Prismic, and/or WordPress, and specific experience working with GraphQL and React.
• Experience working on an Agile team with strong opinions on how to improve the process
• Excited to work on a cross-functional team, alongside writers, designers and marketers 
• ❤️ for thinking about productivity and ways people work together
• One who prefers shipping quickly and learning, rather than working towards “big reveals”
• An empathetic and generous communicator that lives by, “don’t hate, iterate”
