The mission of the IT Team is to enable our fellow Hopineers and partners to do their best work. We do that by supporting and managing applications, devices and services our colleagues rely on. We pride ourselves on providing the best-in-class user support with a focus on employee experience through technology and automation.
The IT team is looking for a senior IT leader to head our new Business Systems team. This person will build and lead the team that will drive enterprise architecture, systems, integrations and governance that power different Hopin business functions like Finance, People, GTM, CS... Your focus will be on driving a strategy of automation and integrations to fulfil different business needs, connect our systems and data to make Hopin more efficient, collaborative and ready for further scale.
This is a brand new team within the IT organization, a hands-on approach will be required.
Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, forward-thinking and self-motivated individual that can help us enable this mission with transparency, teamwork and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Build and leverage internal partnerships across the organization in Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Support and Legal
Build and own the Business Systems roadmap and ensure alignment with the company goals and KPIs
Help standardize, customize and optimize business systems like Netsuite, Salesforce, Workday, Greenhouse, etc
Help drive automation and efficiency by transforming business processes into streamlined, integrated and automated processes alongside the different business partners and stakeholders
Ensure availability, security and contingency plans within the systems you own and manage
Requirements
10+ years of experience in IT with 5+ years of experience leading and managing an IT organisation or Business Systems focused team at a high growth organisation
Demonstrated ability to build, lead and mentor a global Business Technology team
Excellent change management skills and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments
Experience with SaaS-based solutions and cloud architectures
Demonstrated strength in contract negotiations, vendor management and capacity planning
Knowledgeable in compliance and information Security
Current on business applications, trends and experience evaluating new innovative IT solutions
Proven ability to collaborate to resolve issues, mitigate roadblocks and meet financial and management goals on time
Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced environments and able to adapt quickly and easily
Relevant business and industry knowledge to quickly and thoroughly understand business priorities, operations and how IT can enable or empower those.
