Skills
Proficiency in Quickbooks Online and Google Sheets/Excel
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records
Process and record financial transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audit purposes
