In 2015, Serverfarm developed its award-winning service platform InCommand with the goal of bringing together the three main elements of a data center: real estate, electrical and mechanical infrastructure, and the IT environment. This portal-based solution combines people, process, and platform, creating a cloud-like experience for data centers. Serverfarm delivers its sustainable Data Center Managemen t as a Service (DMaas) approach at more than 750 locations across forty-five countries. We are seeking an innovative and highly organized Human Resource Generalist with a passion for all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, benefits program management, culture, and engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all benefit programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and managing relationships with vendors and brokers. This role requires strategic thinking and the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders. Key Accountabilities• Oversee the development and execution of all benefit programs• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations• Manage relationships with vendors and brokers• Develop and improve HR processes• Maintain accurate records and documentation• Provide guidance and support to employees on benefit-related matters• Develop and deliver presentations on benefit programs• Work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates• Partner with individual managers to ensure the delivery of all recruiting aspects• Manage all stages of the hiring process for various roles• Own and schedule for multiple positionsQualifications• 0-2 Years of Experience; Bachelor’s degree• Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously• Efficient time management to meet tight deadlines• Ability to identify and address challenges in the recruitment process• Proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, tackle projects, and grow with the teamServerfarm is committed to providing an equal opportunity workplace and offers paid time off, paid holidays, 401k, medical and dental.
