Your role-

Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated individual to become part of the Compressor Technique Service Operations Contract hub within Customer Success Center

This team focuses on providing high quality supporting services for our Customer Centers globally. The aim of this team is to increase customer satisfaction and back-office efficiency through contract administration support, process improvement and training delivery.

In this position you will report to Team leader – Customer Success Center GECIA and work closely together with a team of process specialists and Global Process Engineers.


Mission & Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for the administration, coordination and follow up of the service contract portfolio for several customer centers, starting from right after the point of sales.

Your mission in this role will be to….

  • Assist in setting up qualitative processes between the Customer Centers and the Contract Hub.
  • Administer all contract data in the SAP ERP system.
  • Interact with the Customer Centers to ensure the quality of the data you administer.
  • Structurally grow the competence of the Customer Center, supporting the adoption of best practices.
  • Develop, maintain, deliver training in digital, hybrid and face-to-face setups.
  • Cooperate with the team of Process Specialists, ensuring proper contract/maintenance plan changes.
  • Perform analysis on the contract portfolio and provide feedback to the Customer Centers on their portfolio health.
  • Evaluate contract profitability in cooperation with the CTS divisional Finance Team.
  • Occasional travel to Airpower and the supported countries may be required.


To succeed, you will need-


Educational requirements

Any Graduate degree with 2 to 3 Years of experience. A team player with a natural interest in finding efficiencies, identifying improvement areas within a given set of tasks and boundaries together with a good amount of common sense are qualities we are looking for.


Experience requirements

  • Strong drive for accuracy and working in a process-oriented way.
  • Fluent in English. Other languages will benefit your relationship with the Customer Centers.
  • Good user level of MS Office.
  • Experience in SAP PM/CS or other streams is an asset.
  • Good communication/presentation skills for efficient delivery of training.
  • Having a background in Finance or Service Operations is surely added value.
  • Sense and interest for getting analytical insights and taking actions upon it.

  • Willingness to take responsibility and lead the assigned projects to a successful conclusion.
  • Ability to communicate and present effectively and build confidence with internal customers.
