This Service Dispatcher position earns an hourly base rate of $15.00/hour, or more based on skills and experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVICE DISPATCHER

As a Service Dispatcher, you are a critical component of our team. You make the engine run! On the front lines of our customer process, you are responsible for incoming calls and helping facilitate the dispatch of our service technicians that will ultimately produce new business. Your primary responsibility is to ensure our service team attends to each client. You will accomplish this by keeping organized notes, record management, and attention to detail during a high volume of calls. Your efforts result in obtaining vital information that is critically important for service requests.

You work closely with our technicians to ensure appointments are created and confirmed/rescheduled using our software. You are responsible for the entire service request process, from receiving the call, scheduling the appointment, dispatching the appropriate service professionals to the client, and creating work orders, proposals, and invoices. Highly organized and motivated, you continually work on your own professional development and find ways to improve your process. You love interacting with new people every day, find the challenge engaging, and look forward to advancing as an employee!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SERVICE DISPATCHER

High School Diploma or GED required.

Willingness to pick up the phone and talk to anyone, anytime, anywhere!

Passion for helping small businesses succeed!

High level of organization, time management, and effective communication skills

Touch type 40 words a minute

Skilled at operating a multi-line phone system

Proficient computer literacy; including Microsoft office packages and GSuite

This position will report daily to our Little Rock, Arkansas office. This hourly position is full-time. We serve our clients from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every business day.
