Inside the Role
This position is responsible for completing Custom Coach Services (CCS) procedures on new motor coaches. This involves following CCS instruction sheet to make motor coaches ready for delivery to customers.

What You Drive at DTNA

Follow procedures to complete pre-delivery inspections on new motor coaches

Install dealer options or customer special requests onto new motor coaches as noted by delivery orders

Troubleshoot and repair issues on motor coach systems including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and HVAC

Follow procedures to implement recall campaigns

Inspect and compile list of defects on trade-in/used coaches and report findings to supervisor
Knowledge You Should Bring

High School Diploma required
-
5 Years Experience in Workshop/Maintenance Setting required

Must have own, basic hand tools

Ability to read and understand technical documents and electrical schematics is required
Exceptional Candidates Might Have

2 Years Motor Coach/Bus experience

Basic computer skills
