ServiceNow Solution Architect

Data-Core Systems a consulting, services and digital transformation solution provider helping businesses reshape their future with cutting-edge technologies and services, has an immediate opening for a ServiceNow Solution Architect in the Consulting Services Division.

You will be expected to work with our clients’ stakeholders, conduct functional and technical workshops to determine current state and future state while capturing gaps in the area of People, Process and Technology. You will be expected to work on the following ServiceNow related activities:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops with relevant stakeholders on CMDB, HAMPro, Performance Analytics, ITSM in relation to CMDB, and similar.
• Documentation of information gathered, put into actionable format.
• Documentation of additional features that our client should consider for deployment, along with an analysis of the impact, needed pre-requisites from both a technical and process perspective, etc.
• Formal presentation of gap analysis and recommendations to clients’ Leadership and potentially to our clients’ Enterprise Architecture Team (EAT).

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Experience with currently used software systems.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
