The Impact Outbound Product Management team is responsible for defining product GTM strategy, implementing monetization models, driving feature adoption, and building a community of loyal customers.Role descriptionThe role reports to the Sr. Manager, Outbound Product Management - Impact Product GTM.As a Staff Outbound Product Manager, you will oversee end-to-end product GTM. You will analyze market intelligence to build the right stories and equip our sales teams with best-in-class GTM collateral. You will become an expert on the product, supporting key customer conversations and evangelizing our roadmap internally. You will shape and articulate the Impact value proposition, helping increase our customer base and retention rate. This role is highly cross-functional - you will work closely with Inbound Product Managers, Product Marketing, Sales, and Strategic Operations.What you will do in this role• Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to shape go-to-market strategy and influence the product roadmap.• Orchestrate product launches, working closely with Product, GTM, and business operations stakeholders across geos.• Enable sales teams with the necessary collateral to effectively sell and renew Impact, including sales pitch decks, demo narratives, competitive benchmarks, and feature deep dives.• Implement an always-on feedback loop between product, sales, and marketing to ensure we're responding to shifting customer needs.• Select and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the Impact product GTM strategy.• Be the in-house expert on Impact - cross-functional partners will look to you for product updates.Qualifications• 7+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, solution consulting, business operations, or a similar role.• Proven ability to translate customer and market insights into a crisp GTM strategy, including buyer personas, positioning & messaging, pricing recommendations, and more.• Self-starter with a bias towards action and urgency to "win" in the market.• Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.• Extreme sense of ownership - own the problem, the process, and the outcome. Some activities may need "drive by influence," others may need execution in a hands-on manner, and yet others will need delegation.• Excellent presentation skills to engage with all levels of customers, cross-functional teams, and partners.• Experience creating product enablement content for customer-facing teams.• Knowledge of ServiceNow Impact or Customer Success is a plus.For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $158,500 - $247,750.00, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements).
