SVP, GTM Products & TechnologyKey Executive FunctionsServiceNow is looking for a transformative Senior Vice President of Digital Go-To-Market Products and Technology to join to the CIO organization, who will be responsible for creating and delivering a seamless, valuable and delightful pre-sale technology experience for our employees and customers. This person will:• Own the strategy and delivery of Go To Market technologies that improve customer and employee experience, accelerate quote to sale processes, and enable ServiceNow to scale.• Inspire the teams to innovate and transform the way work is done – with AI we can re-wire the way work happens which leads to accelerating revenue generation through scalable GTM/Sales and Customer systems and technical capabilities.• Co-develop products with the Chief Product Office.• Inspire customers with world-class experiences unified through our own ServiceNow platform as the digital front door.• Lead a highly technical global organization ensuring Sales, Marketing and Events applications deliver a frictionless experience to our internal and external customers.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be a key member of a fast-moving and highly innovative Digital Technology Organization and the core executive leadership team responsible for inspiring thousands of customers and employees across their digital experience journeys. This role will help inspire teams to scale that far exceeds our customer expectations. We are seeking a confident, design-thinking leader, with high EQ, and a passion for driving scale, transforming culture, organizational effectiveness, and increasing productivity using dynamic leadership, data-driven problem solving, and process improvement methodologies. Additionally:• Proven executive, transformative experience innovating, driving and delivering experiences across the pre-sales GTM systems, products and platforms.• 20 years+ leadership experience in technical product design, operations and strategy in a scaling company with $10B+ revenues.• Deep technical expertise across numerous IT systems, applications and platforms, including, CPQ, CRM, Marketing and Events workbenches.• Successfully built and mentored globally dispersed teams of product engineers, IT professionals, and analysts during your career.• Technical depth that allows you to build credibility with executives and your team to execute product, systems, and engineering strategies.• Led by example by rolling-up your sleeves and contribute day to day alongside your team. Also, demonstrate the ability to collaborate and disagree and commit for the betterment of ServiceNow.• An excellent communicator who can successfully communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and to manage a globally distributed team.• Deep financial acumen and managed budgets at scale.
