Brand Designer

We’re looking for a Brand Designer to become the steward of our brand across every interaction with the world. From our website and blog to sales decks, product assets, presentations, social posts, and ads, your work will define how 7AI is seen, felt, and remembered.

This role is not just about making things look good—it’s about making them unforgettable.

You’ll take our early brand assets—logo, colors, typography—and evolve them into a living, breathing brand guide that scales across every touchpoint. You’ll thrive on the ownership, the autonomy, and the opportunity to shape the face of a company poised to redefine cybersecurity.  If you believe that design is strategy, that every pixel counts, and that great design can make the complex feel simple—then we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and Evolve the 7AI Brand: Develop a comprehensive brand guide and ensure consistency across all channels—web, print, digital, and social.

  • Website & Digital Design: Collaborate closely with our web development agency to apply our brand identity to our website and blog for a seamless user experience.

  • Content Design: Design stunning blog visuals, videos, one-pagers, case studies, eBooks, and social media graphics that bring our story to life.

  • Sales & Marketing Assets: Create and refine sales decks, presentations, and ad creatives that command attention.

  • Creative Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure our creative assets align with broader campaign goals and business objectives.

  • Brand Stewardship: Advocate for our brand across the company, ensuring everyone understands and applies it consistently.

  • Iterate & Improve: Analyze the performance of design assets and make data-driven design decisions to improve engagement and effectiveness.

You Have

  • 5+ years of experience in brand, visual, or graphic design—ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.

  • A stunning portfolio showcasing your ability to create cohesive brand experiences across multiple mediums.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools.

  • Experience designing for web, digital marketing, video, and print.

  • A passion for solving complex problems through design and making technical concepts visually intuitive.

  • The ability to balance speed and quality, executing at pace without compromising excellence.

  • A collaborative mindset—you’ll work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams.

  • A strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

  • Bonus Points: Experience in designing for B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI companies.
