Human Resources Generalist - job 2 of 2
Shearer's is a leading contract manufacturer and private label supplier in the snack industry seeking a Human Resources Generalist to carry out various HR responsibilities and drive an actively engaged culture.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- SHRM or HRCI certifications preferred.
- Minimum 2 years HR experience in manufacturing or distribution.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong communication, project management, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, payroll, associate engagement, development, and employee relations.
- Communicate, interpret, and enforce company policies and practices.
- Work with diverse workforce and assist in translation needs.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Operations Leaders for HR support.
- Lead Retention, Rewards, and Recognition teams.
- Assure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
