Responsibilities
- Directs and monitors employees in the production process
- Lead packaging room operations focusing on changeovers and efficiencies
- Escalate packaging scheduling issues to Operations Manager
- Track waste and execute weekly touchpoints with packers
- Coach team members on performance standards
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical or bachelor's degree preferred
