Maintenance Manager
Shearer's is a leading supplier in the snack industry looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance processes ensuring equipment reliability and safety.

Responsibilities
- Manage predictive, preventive and reactive maintenance processes
- Hire, train, supervise, and mentor department personnel
- Work with leadership to achieve productivity and continuous improvement goals
- Provide technical support for production equipment
- Optimize maintenance costs through effective budget management
Education
- Associate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field with 8 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field with 5 years of experience
