Manufacturing Training Manager
Join our team as a Training & Qualifications Manager to lead efforts in transforming operational processes within the food manufacturing industry. We are looking for a passionate leader to drive excellence in snack production.
Skills
- Experience in food manufacturing
- Knowledge of adult learning theory
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Exceptional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop pillar teams and enhance team member capabilities
- Set the pillar strategy, including Master, 90 Day, and Weekly Plans
- Oversee the rollout of key systems at the Plant level
- Manage and analyze reporting data to assess performance against KPIs
Education
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
