Senior Manager HRBP
3Cloud’s Senior Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP) role consults business leaders on organization design, talent management and performance management to support 3Cloud’s rapid growth. You constantly look for ways to enable people leaders in the engagement, retention, and development of their teams. What You’ll Do:
• Partner with business leaders to develop people strategies for their consulting practices
• Work with Talent Acquisition to forecast hiring demand and leadership needs
• Influence 3Cloud’s talent review, performance management and compensation frameworks
• Coordinate and facilitate performance management, talent health review and compensation cycles
• Partner with managers on engagement and retention plans
• Consult with managers on employee relations matters
• Lead and/or participate in projects as an integral member of the HR team
• Champion 3Cloud’s culture and values as a peer leader
Skills and Experience Useful in this Role:
• 5-7 years HR management experience
• Strong business acumen – understand how the business operates
• Demonstrated success in coaching and developing managers
• Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects
• Collaborative style with a focus on problem solving and change management
• Experience in professional services or consulting a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred
