Senior Manager HRBP 3Cloud’s Senior Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP) role consults business leaders on organization design, talent management and performance management to support 3Cloud’s rapid growth. What You’ll Do: • Partner with business leaders to develop people strategies for their consulting practices • Work with Talent Acquisition to forecast hiring demand and leadership needs • Influence 3Cloud’s talent review, performance management and compensation frameworks • Coordinate and facilitate performance management, talent health review and compensation cycles • Partner with managers on engagement and retention plans • Consult with managers on employee relations matters • Lead and/or participate in projects as an integral member of the HR team • Champion 3Cloud’s culture and values as a peer leader Skills and Experience Useful in this Role: • 5-7 years HR management experience • Strong business acumen – understand how the business operates • Demonstrated success in coaching and developing managers • Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects • Collaborative style with a focus on problem solving and change management • Experience in professional services or consulting a plus • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred What You Get in Return: • Work in an environment that values providing the ultimate team member experience. • Collaborate with brilliant Azure professionals in a continuous learning environment. • Collaborate with a passionate HR team of People Team members who partner with you. • Earn competitive compensation and benefits with a generous PTO plan. • Work in a flexible, remote first work environment. 3Cloud is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
