Night Shift Ops Coordinator, Snack Food Mfg. - job 1 of 2
Shearer’s is a leading manufacturer of snacks with over 5,000 associates. They are looking for a Production Coordinator for the night shift to assist in daily operations and ensure quality and safety in production.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Assist Operations Leader in daily operations
- Ensure safe work practices
- Train and support team members
- Coordinate daily activities to meet production requirements
- Perform root cause analysis on production issues
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
