- Complete food safety and quality documentation
- Assist with managing supplier documentation
- Complete food manufacturing registrations and licenses
- Document Control - Create and update documents
- Manage QA sample requests

- Support QA and Sanitation departments
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- HACCP certified preferred
