Senior Commercialization Manager
Shearer's is looking for a Senior Commercialization Manager to lead high impact, complex, and strategic level projects and customer centric product management initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful commercialization of products.

Responsibilities
- Lead Life Cycle Management and Stage Gate process for all assigned projects
- Manage priorities to meet revenue and profit targets while providing best-in-class service to customers
- Engage with R&D and Technical Teams to ensure compliance and protect product integrity
- Support plant trials, monitor in-market performance, and coordinate product changes
- Develop and execute business opportunities, customer assortment recommendations, and pricing models
Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
