Senior Commercialization Manager - job 2 of 2

Shearer's is looking for a Senior Commercialization Manager to lead high impact, complex, and strategic level projects and customer centric product management initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful commercialization of products.

Responsibilities

Lead Life Cycle Management and Stage Gate process for all assigned projects
Manage priorities to meet revenue and profit targets while providing best-in-class service to customers
Engage with R&D and Technical Teams to ensure compliance and protect product integrity
Support plant trials, monitor in-market performance, and coordinate product changes
Develop and execute business opportunities, customer assortment recommendations, and pricing models

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
MBA or advanced degree preferred
