Sr. Manager of Continuous Improvement
Shearer's is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement to lead and accelerate operational excellence across multiple site locations.

- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives in a multi-site environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and accelerate operational excellence across multiple site locations.
- Deploy the SHOP operating model to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency within manufacturing operations.
- Support RVP & Director of Continuous Improvement in driving CI within assigned sites.
- Execute SHOP to enhance Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Service across multiple sites.
- Utilize KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of improvement efforts.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field; or 10+ years in a business improvement role at a manager level.
