General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive General Manager to join our team at SheCodes. As General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performing team culture. You will oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives and align all departments toward achieving the company’s vision.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and execute key business strategies and operational plans.
Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure smooth department workflows.
