We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for Sales Administration and IT Support for Accounting Tools.

Collaborative Accounting Operations
Work closely with the Accounting Manager and Accountant to support sales administration and accounting processes. This role involves applying company accounting procedures and ensuring the accuracy of financial elements. You'll assist in monthly closings, meet mandatory deadlines, and coordinate with subsidiaries and local accountants.

What You'll Do

Sales Administration

  • Process and manage sales orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Maintain customer records and update sales data in the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and follow up on inquiries and leads.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Follow up on cash collection and manage accounting documents.
  • Track weekly cash flow and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Manage monthly, half-yearly, and annual provisions (cut-off).
  • Maintain and update paperwork and master files.

IT Support for Accounting Tools

  • Provide technical support for accounting software and tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of accounting software.
  • Conduct training sessions on accounting tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams for software updates.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist team members as needed.
  • Process requests for information from customers and internal departments.
  • Track mail and documentation.

What You Bring

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Team spirit and flexibility

Additional requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales administration and/or IT support roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce, Excel, and Word.
  • Languages: English: Mandatory French: Bonus
