The Operations Support team is the acting support arm of the underwriting team. The team has to monitor holds, additional paperwork needed on accounts after approval, and ensure accounts are completed if not follow up with merchants/ISO’s. Team members are responsible for their work-load ensuring productivity and quality standards are met on a daily basis.
