The Operations Support team is the acting support arm of the underwriting team.  The team has to monitor holds, additional paperwork needed on accounts after approval, and ensure accounts are completed if not follow up with merchants/ISO’s.   Team members are  responsible for their work-load ensuring productivity and quality standards are met on a daily basis.

The Operations Support team is the acting support arm of the underwriting team.  The team has to monitor holds, additional paperwork needed on accounts after approval, and ensure accounts are completed if not follow up with merchants/ISO’s.   Team members are  responsible for their work-load ensuring productivity and quality standards are met on a daily basis.

  • Assist with accounts on hold Shift4Shop vertical.
  • Assist with underwriting conditional approvals.
  • Monitor and assist in the phone queue.
  • Process addendums for all brands.
  • All brands order placement: pin pads, licenses, equipment addendums.
  • Reporting reviews.
  • Bank Verification Calls.
  • Fraud Alert Calls. 
  • Verification Queue Management.
  • Site inspections reviews.
  • Manual release of ACH hold on merchant accounts.
  • Account Closures list data gathering for account maintenance.
  • Commands/command tracker.
  • Seasonal report. 
  • Additional duties as management sees fit.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite.
  • Strong typing skills with strict attention to detail a must.
  • Excellent listening, written, phone, and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter and \must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Data Entry experience.
  • 2 Years phone/customer service experience.
