Shipping Coordinator

The schedule for the Shipping Coordinator is 11:30am to 8:00pm.

$16-$17/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all packages meet company standards prior to shipment.
• Correctly ship all boxes to proper designation (dimensions, proper ship method, ensure properly sealed, etc.).
• Apply correct labels to boxes.
• Inform Supervisors, IT, or Account/Project managers of unresolved shipment issues.
• Execute all reships and inventory orders daily.
• Complete returns log daily and email to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor returns log for special instruction from Account/Project Manager and take appropriate action.
• Maintain cleanliness of shipping area.
• Close out shipping computers nightly.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous shipping experience
• Knowledge of UPS/FedEx systems is a plus!
