Enablement Business Partner, Customer Teams

Showpad is seeking an Enablement Business Partner to help improve the effectiveness of customer-facing teams through enablement programs. This role will work across sales, marketing, and other teams to deliver impactful training and resources.

  • Design and deliver GTM training programs
  • Leverage skill assessments to develop enablement activities

  • Build strong relationships with customer growth leadership
  • Manage scaled enablement programs
  • Collaborate across teams on development and dissemination of materials
  • Analyse and track enablement metrics
  • Support coaching activities for front-line managers
  • Stay updated on industry trends

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
