Enablement Business Partner, Customer Teams

Showpad is seeking an Enablement Business Partner to help improve the effectiveness of customer-facing teams through enablement programs. This role will work across sales, marketing, and other teams to deliver impactful training and resources.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver GTM training programs
Leverage skill assessments to develop enablement activities
Perform needs assessments to identify enablement opportunities
Build strong relationships with customer growth leadership
Manage scaled enablement programs
Collaborate across teams on development and dissemination of materials
Analyse and track enablement metrics
Support coaching activities for front-line managers
Stay updated on industry trends

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field
