Responsibilities

Provide a warm and welcoming office environment for all employees and visitors.
Maintain inventory for a well-stocked kitchen.
Serve as the primary onsite contact for all in-office requests.
Liaise on building-related requests and collaborate with security and management.
Manage various office-related tasks including ordering supplies and coordinating events.
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office.
Plan and execute onsite meetings and events.
Uphold office policies and guidelines.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior experience in a relevant field
