Latham BioPharm Group, a part of Sia Partners, provides the insight, knowledge, and network to unite teams and technologies in Life Sciences. We provide the depth of expertise necessary to advance programs, by providing a range of life science services including business development, program management, CMC, non-clinical, quality, regulatory, and strategic consulting with proven experience in biodefense/pandemic response and strategic product development.
In this role, you will support the organization in providing program management services to life sciences companies and institutions to advance novel life science products (therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics and devices), primarily in the areas of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense, infectious diseases and other public health threats. You will also support new business efforts as required for both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities:

Support the growth of the company and Employee’s practice
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for this role is between $62,000 and $113,000.
Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and market location.
