If you want to use your talents to transform healthcare in the United States, come join us! About the Role Modern, common sense health insurance company in search of an entrepreneurial Creative... Director to build out internal capabilities. This role will lead the internal creative team and be the steward of the Sidecar Health brand, both leading and executing initiatives as well as collaborating with a network of freelance and agency partners. What You'll Do Work with the VP Brand Marketing to ensure the Sidecar brand identity comes to life in all B2C and B2B touchpoints. Lead the creative development for multiple channels on a variety of projects and media, ranging from photography, marketing campaigns, digital ads, web extensions, email and collateral Develop concepts and creative strategies that fulfill objectives of brand brief and business goals Deploy, educate, and train stakeholders on new Brand tools and guidelines (i.e., content tone, voice, personality, photography, typography, iconography, etc.) to ensure continuity across the brand Lead a lean team of creatives (designer
copywriter), agencies, and freelance partners (photographers, directors, illustrators) to bring the creative vision to life and ensure holistic creative excellence Build lasting in-house creative capabilities for the Sidecar Health brand Direct as well as execute, from concept to final assets, a variety of creative pursuits, in partnership with design team or agency partners Set priorities, creative assignments and track development of the creative team Work with cross functional teams to ensure quality of creative wherever Sidecar Health shows up Review and approve production stages of creative execution Present and communicate creative solutions to leadership and a variety of stakeholders Manage timelines and budgets within the department What You'll Bring BA degree required 10
years of relevant experience in design, art direction, or creative direction. Some in-house experience is a plus A collaborator with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience developing creative for both brand and performance marketing, including on-site assets, landing pages, paid social, email campaigns, direct mail, TV, and Youtube Experience leading the entire design process (project scope and time planning, ideation/concepting, design exploration, production/execution of design solution) Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup a plus What You'll Get Competitive salary, bonus opportunity, and equity package Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits A 401k retirement plan Paid vacation and company holidays Opportunity to make an impact at a rapidly growing mission-driven company transforming healthcare in the U.S.

$100K -- $150K
